Well thank you for clearing this all up, It's not that i don't want to work on my future car but i didnt think i had even close to the skills needed but now that you are saying i need a manaul and a case of beer and a friend or two , i have alot more confidence. I have done very minor work on my parent's cars (spark plugs, oil, air filter) so i had figured headers/exhaust would be really hard but if all you're saying is true (and i trust it is) then i shouldn't have too much of a problem.

thanks alot guys.

oh yeah, simple handtool type stuff....it's when you get into the motor that you're going to need some more experience. Anything on the the outside should be gravy for you.

One more thing you should have going into projects like this...confidence! It makes a heap of difference. Think of the Little Engine That Could, "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..."
