Cheapest Cost Effective Mods

Long time no see, I just moved to a new location, so I haven't been able to make a post in a while. I'm glad to see everyone is still alive. Anyways, I'm back, and I'm starting to consider some serious mods for my Protege. (2002 ES-GT) Generally, I'm just looking for opinions on the most cheapest, and most cost effective performance mods. Namely Intake and Exhaust. Im thinkin either BosalCatback, or RacingBeat for exhaust. I dunno how much they cost (IN CAN), and Injen, or Ractive for the intake. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, just out of curiosity, does anyone know if a turbo/supercharger is coming out for our cars? I dunno, if I'm that crazy, but you never know right?
