I need some advice.

I am in a position to get one of the two least inexpensive mods that I want.

I am looking to get the B&M Short Shifter or the Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs.

The B&M Shifter will give me a more fun driving experience but the Eibachs will give me a better look and improved handling.

Downside to the springs is this:

1) If I get the springs I am going to have to wait for cash for install and alignment. Some of the guys in my car club said we could have a tech day but I am off during the week. Damn, I hate working weekends.

I saw on another board there is a group buy for the Eibach Kit. $195 shipped instead of the $240+ at some other retailers.

The Group Buy is here:

My preference would be the shifter only because I just came from a car that had and excellent short shifter (Mustang Gt w/Steeda shifter) and this shifter feels quite soft. Sure the springs will make it look better, but you are going to be driving it, not looking at it, right?

I drove my friend's 2000 Mustang GT with the Steeda shifter. It was awesome.

From viewing the results on this board and another the general concensus is to go with the shifter.

Keep voting, none the less.

-Thanks for the input everyone.

Thumbs up The verdict is in!

Between this board another the Shifter out-weighed the Springs 13 to 7.

I will be ordering the shifter sometime around Wednesday or whenever the monies get transferred from my checking account to my Paypal account.

Thanks everyone for the input.
