Clutch and other mods....advice please :D

Hey guys,
I have about 38,000 miles on my p5 and the clutch is going downhill again...got it replaced under warranty at 8k miles and they told me that the throwout bearing and friction plate were being crappy....But it feels the same now as it did then. I'm thinking about getting a new clutch, and perhaps while im at it getting a new flywheel.
I don't drag race really at all, but i do plan to go to the track in the future. I have a couple small mods like the AWR motor mounts and a racing beat catback. I had a cheap ebay short ram intake but the mounts it came with suck and i couldn't for the life of me get the intake to stay still without using a rope to hold it in place.

So i have a few questions. I've used the search function plenty and i've been on these boards for a while, but when it comes to some things all i see is opinion and not much fact.
-For a primarily street-driven car, would a flywheel be a good idea for a few more horsepower? Or does the inconvenience of it make it a worse choice?
-What is a clutch i could get that can take a lot of slipping and abuse? (I won't ever have turbo or anything, so probably max whp would be like 140 or 150 if even...)
-Are there any headers that don't have annoying side effects like rattling and crap like that? I'm down to get a header that removes the pre-cat if it doesnt sound obnoxiously loud and doesn't stink.
-Do you guys know of any good cheap ebay intakes that have decent braces that don't suck? Where can i find a really in-depth short-ram install DIY including how to do the brackets?

Thanks guys!

hmm, I think the only aftermarket clutches for the protege are "built clutches"...they'll be fine though even if you do decide to boost later on.

A lighter flywheel won't hurt daily driving but it will hurt the wallet. They are pretty expensive and not worth the investment if you don't plan on driving hard. I've ridden in a few proteges with lighter flywheels and couldn't tell a difference at all. The rev faster but I didn't notice any idling or driveability issues. Ask "Topher" about his.

The obx header for the 2.0L is a good piece. It's inexpensive and doesn't have in niggling problems with it like rattling or fitment issues. A wagner shorty with downpipe is another good idea but a bit more. Just depends on what you want. Both headers are going to increase exhaust noise. No getting around it.
