Check Engine Light after CAI install

Reset my ECU, CEL hasn't came on again (yet). as far as gasket around MAF, i have the rubber sleave attached to one side (toward throttle body), other side goes straight into my bypass valve, could this be the problem?

Got friend to check it out w/ computer "Large Vacuum Leak". searched around, one of the hoses near the firewall was loose (pretty much off). Fixed the CEL problem.
