Cams and pulley how to?

I looked in the search for instructions on how to change out my cam and pulley. If any one can help or send me the link I'd be greatful

There isn't a how to, but there is a lot of info on the board about swapping cams, try a search for cam profile, In one of the longer posts a guy says everything.
