Cam Shaft Question?

Des any One know anything about the Cam Shafts for the 3rd Gen?
Do they make any difference?
Are they easy to install?
It said on at corksoprts.com that they would fit in 1.8/2.0 engine, does that mean the 1.8 FP engine and the 2.0 FS?

Have anyone installed them on a 1.8L FP (99+ 1.8L DOHC)?

Thanks a lot!

In order:

1) Yes.
2) Yes.
3) It's not too hard for experienced mechanics but it requires pulling the timing belt and it's not a job for beginners.
4) Both, the cylinder head is the same.
5) Yes, please do a search, this has been covered many times before.
