Cam question

Just wondering with the FS-ZE intake cam and the MS Exhaust cam in, what is the min. octane of gas can you use?

aslo when installing do you need new shims or gaskets?

There should be no change in your fuel requirements. These cams are no too far from stock and will have no impact on your compression ratio. If they were extreme in duration or overlap they could actually lose some of the cylinder pressure and effectivly reduce your compression ratio, but that's not the case here.
You won't need a new head gasket or shims since it isn't removed to install the cams. Maybe a new valve cover gasket, depending on the condition of yours. I would suggest replacing the cam seals rather than reusing the old ones.
Don't think I overlooked anything...
