I speak with them weekly and they told me it would be out early to middle of June. It was supposed to be out in April originally so who knows what will happen.

Are those going to be full length or shorty style?

full.

Traveler, if you make a shorty header and can combine it with a hi-flow cat to replace the stock primary, then I'd be interested. The more I think about it, I really don't want to drive around with a CEL.

they said that there will be 02 sensors bungs on the header and it will not give a CEL. Thats why its taking so long.

how is it possible to not have a CEL unless they sell a relocation kit or a CEL eliminator..... unless they are keeping the precat

1(800) 522-7855 Call them and ask. That is HP racing's phone number. That is what their "techs" have been telling me. Somehow it must fool the system. Like I said though, call 'em.

It is probably going to use the same simulator that they use in their 2002 civic kits. They include a 4-2-1 header, high-flo cat, and a O@ simulator so that the CEL won't come on i'm betting its the same system.

I'll bet that they supply an inline connector with the simulator built into it for the OBDII sensor, but for the price NOPI is listing it at I'm sure there won't be any high flow cat.

If it's full length, then it will definately eliminate the primary cat. There won't be room from the end of a full length header to get another cat in between the end of it and the secondary cat. They must be using a simulator to get rid of the 2nd O2 sensor.
