Air flow speed?

I did do some searching for these questions first but couldn't come up with a definite answer.

When a blower produces say, 10 psi, how much CFM is that?

Is there a way to calculate or translate a CFM number into PSI or horsepower?

Based on what http://majesticturbo.com/compression.html says... Let me know if i have this right...

Given a 1.6L 98 CID ford escort engine... 7 psi of pressure = 170 CFM ? That just doesn't sound right for some reason...

Does this mean that if I hypothetically hook up a inline fan in the intake hose that blows 170 cfm, i'll be generating 7 psi ?

Please correct me if i'm way off...

i think you need to read MAXIMUM BOOST from corky bell
there example on the web site gives you perameters for fitting the right size EFFICIENT turbo for a given application
yes the chart is right because your dealing with 98cid
increase your displace ment ond your cfm INPUT and OUTPUT will increase

as far as your theory for an inline fan
read the book!
