2002 P5 Oil Filter #

Can someone give me the correct part # for the '02 P5 oil filter. I'm going to shop online. My dealer wants $7.99 ea. Also does the new car (600 miles) have to go back to the dealer for ANY service to keep the warranty in effect? I'm 100 miles away and do my own oil changes etc.
Thanks

B6Y2-14-302. These are the same filters all 4-cylinder Mazda's use.

You can get them at Mazdaformance.com for $3.99 ea. Plus, they'll throw in drain plug gaskets for $.50 ea. Best deal I've found

3.99 is a great deal since fram is almost 5 bucks. Frams number is 6607. I change my oil once a month. 5-30 mobil 1 new engine formula. Problem is i've had the car for a year and have 50K miles on it.

for what it's worth - during my first oil change - the Bosch oil filter (which i think is made by the same company that makes the ones for Mobil1) did not have the exact dimensions as the stock mazda filter. The mazda had a slightly larger diameter - and the o-ring was slightly smaller on this filter.

I could have gotten the one screw up that they send out-- and hey, this may have been okay -- but i didnt want to try it out.
