170 crank hp possible w/no turbo no nitrous?

Is there any off the shelf parts that can boost the output of our cars to a 170-180 crank hp range? Anyone with that kind of power or close?.

FS-ZE with the proper management will net you around 163-165hp at the crank.

yea thats possible. there are people on this board that went NA and have about that much power. the big things you will need are a good set of high compression pistons and some sort of engine management to tune your car. Haltech works well, thats my personal favorite stand alone system, but there are other options as well. you'll need camshafts, adjustable cam gears, intake, full exhaust and headers. the FS-ZE intake manifold would also be a good idea if your looking for that kind of power. you will end up spending more money going this way though, if i were you i would just go turbo for the same cost.
