antisway bars for '97 LX

do antisway bars really make a significant change in the handling of a car. also, is there a difference between different types of them and how much would one go for on a 97 LX.

if your lx does not have a factory rear bar then your struts dont have the bracket for the bar. canandian lx has them and we tried to put it on a 1.5 but the cust would have to buy lx struts.
