Sticky automatic stick on a 96

Hey guys, I live in CT. It seems like in the winter time, the automatic sticky can be real sticky. Can someone tell me where and how to lubricate it

Thanks

You will not be able to tell or do anything from the outside. You can take the tranny dipstick, and examine the fluid's color and odor. If it is really dark red and smells burnt, then you need to do a tranny flush (about $50). Good luck.
