Seriously: Parts for AT to MT conversion

I posted before about this and was deferred to a previous post which didnt exist.. So again, can anyone give me a blow up or a list of the clutch parts I will need for a conversion.
Some Obvious Ones are:
-MT
-Shifter
-Clutch Pedal

Do I need a master cylinder? Any small specific parts?
Anything will help....
Thanks

Would he need a brake master cylinder too?? The clutch M/C runs off a line from the brake M/C. Or is there just a plug on the master cylinder, on auto models??
