Seriously: Parts for AT to MT conversion

I posted before about this and was deferred to a previous post which didnt exist.. So again, can anyone give me a blow up or a list of the clutch parts I will need for a conversion.
Some Obvious Ones are:
-MT
-Shifter
-Clutch Pedal

Do I need a master cylinder? Any small specific parts?
Anything will help....
Thanks

Would he need a brake master cylinder too?? The clutch M/C runs off a line from the brake M/C. Or is there just a plug on the master cylinder, on auto models??

it's linked to the master cylnder on our cars

Yeah so does the master cylinder on the auto have the hole where the line goes to the clutch cylinder or does he need a new master cylinder??
