those "nets" where u cover the space of the spot lights

AHHH, you've got a different front bumper than the U.S. spec proteges.
Excuse my ignorance.
I'd say screws or maybe taking the bumper off and riveting the mesh in from behind.

Yeah, look on the back of the JDM bumper...there is a couple holes where the OEM fogs clip in. You can cut mesh to fit and then use a screw and a washer to bolt the mesh in place...thats what i did on my 95-6 JDM bumper before i got my 97-8 one...

i used industrial strength hot glue and its been working awesome. had it on for over 2 years. =)
