indiglow gauges-how to?

i received my set of indiglo's and i was wondering how to install them.
remove needles(scared!)?
do i remove the old set of guages(black w/ green lights)?

OR

just install new guages over the old set?
and as for wiring, what wires do i need to splice into to get all hooked up?...anyone have a wiring diagram?
anyhelp?

I doubt whether you need to remove the needles - I got mine from procarparts and they went on easily by just bending the indiglo panel around the needle (requires care but its easy to do).

just whack 'em right on top of the factory ones (use the same screws of course!).

I can't remember which wires to splice into
- of course one of them is the black ground wire. i just fished around with my multimeter till i found one that registered a current with the lights on but no current when the lights were off and thats your baby - there'll only be one of those i think from memory.......

failing that, you could try searching the forum cos i have a feeling that its around here somewhere.

good luck!
