I need Part Info For AT to MT conver

I need a list of ALL the parts i will need for a conversion. Mainly teh small parts like the links between shifter and tranny for example. Where can i get this.

it should be posted in any of the 1st 2nd or 3rd gen forums.. I would advise trying a search ,, I know I respoded to a few of them
