Question check engine light

Hello, my name is Manfred.
I own a 1995 323C with the 1.5 liter engine.
I can not find the "check engine" light on the instument panel.
Has this car a OBD 2 System?
Thanks for your help.

if there is in fact a "check engine" light on the dash....it SHOULD be easy to find....insert the key into the ignition....and turn it to the ON position...don't start the car...just turn it to on....and when you do all the lights/dummy lights come on in the dash....since they are not recieving any signals to tell them to be OFF.....it should be right there.....IF there is one. course its always posible that the bulb is burnt out too...but not very likely.
