Z5 vs Miata 1.6L

I know that these motors are similar...

but would anyone know if the valve train parts from the miata 1.6L DOHC would fit in the Z5 1.5L DOHC?

when i say parts, i mean valves, retainers, cams, valve springs.....

im very interested in modifying my 1.5L cylinder head and all of its contents

in hopes of getting somewhere around 20-30 hp with everything done including a port and polish and 3 angle valve job...

i not gonna go to gude, im just gonna try to find a very reputable somewhat local shop
