Question Timing Belt Replacement

I'm having trouble removing the bolt that holds either the crank gear, or the cover to the crank gear, that drives the Timing Belt. I'm trying to turn the bolt counter clockwise when viewing it from the right front wheel well. But it won't budge.

If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate some feedback.

I know the fall back is to take it to a real mechanic, but the process appears to be straight forward on the surface, and I love to get under the hood to tinker around.

Thanks

I would recommend trying to get the headlight out. It will give you so much room to work with, and you might see where your problem. It takes about 10 minutes to take the grill, the corner, and then headlight off. Hope it helps.
