Hi all! i just want to know if its possible to swap an BPT engine in my car and what do i need exactly to do this ?? ECU,intercooler??

I have a 323 LS 1995 model with the 1.8l dohc engine...

If you already have the 1.8 L and it is in good shape you can purchase the turbo manifold from corksport and get a turbo , not sure of wich , you would have to ask some of the turbo guys , and then just get the custom pipping work done ....
the 1.8L engines in the 2nd gens are very similar to the miata Bp , practically the same thing

its exactly the same model but i have the more aggressive wing.
It come with power window,door,sunroof,mirror, a/c, cruise control, 4 disk brake... its difficult to find parts for this model, i'm wondering if its the same body than protege lx model?

Hum, the car weight 1125kg not so light, i want more power and i dont want any n.o.s or little bolt-on that is never make a good différence... i'v heard that BPT is bolt on with a little of work...

185hp and 165lbs of torque versus 122hp and 117lbs )


Another question for you. my check engine light turn on immediatly after starting the car, its wierd because the engine work very well...?? maybe o2 senser ....

ok i understand. here its -15celcius , very cold, its maybe the reason why the check engine appears. Yesterday i drove the car for a minimum 60km and the check engine didnt desapear...its suppose do?

i'm wondering if i can take the turbo,manifold,intercooler, piping from a mazda mx6 gt turbo?? and keep my ECU, thank you
