nos or zex for stock engine!

i was just wondering what shot would be best for a stock 1.8L engine. if anyone has used it before or has known anyone that has used it, can you please tell me what would be too much or too little?? thanks

a 35 shot would work for a stock engine. Maybe even a 50 shot. But you might need better injectors or piston rings, but you might be able to handle all that stock ask a shop.
