installing tach on 98 pro

how do i connect a tach to my 1.5L 98 protege?

Please help

the power and light wires you should be able to do yourself as well as the ground... the hard one is the one you install to get the actuall rpm reading... that hooks to a wire coming out of the distributor..... when standing in front of the car looking down into the engine bay at the distributor there are a bunch of wires on the top then a little farther back on it there are 3 wires the last wire on my car is a yellowish white but it differs for each car.. but the last wire is the one i hooked into

thanks i just used the white wire that ran from my distributor to my in dash tach and spliced it in the dash
