I actually have "some" power in 5th gear. But ever since i put it in im getting some feedback through my radar detector, it's making a wierd kissing sound and my tach needle jumps when this happens. Any ideas???

 

what kind of intake is that and by any chance does any one know if that will fit the 95-96 models!!!!

 

i got it from e-bay for around $50 with shipping. It is made for a 2002 protege/P5 i think the 1.6L. the only problem i found is that it won't sit behind the headlight, but i have the second tube going down and to the outside a bit. there is a pic in the website in my signature.



And i found out that the inteferrence is coming fom my subs that i played with today.
