Question Buying a new muffler?

Yep, i'm a rookie.

Anyway, i'm planning to buy a muffler but dont want to spend over 100 bucks for it.

I don't want it to be too loud either cause ppl gonna be pissed.

Also, can i just go with the muffler without buying an exhaust system, air filter, and intake?

I'm looking at these right now:

I bought my muffler off ebay for under 100 with lifetime garuntee on it. You don't need intake but if you want a few extra hp you can get a really nice ractive one for also just under 100 its for the 1.6 engine but fits perfect on ours.
