wheel problems

Exclamation wheel problems

Ok my GF just brought a 1992 Protege and there is something wrong with the streeing or tire. When shes driving the passenger side wheel shakes. Anyone have any ideas?

Up and down or side-to-side? At any speed? First of all check to make sure the lug nuts are nice and tight, and make sure the wheels are clean on the inside and outside, IE just not having any clumps of mud sticking to them or something weird like that.

Also could be wheel balance or a dead strut.

axles can make this happen also. id check the balance and lug nuts, also the wheel could be positioned wrong when it was put on. (ex. lugs were not tightend correctly and in the wrong pattern)
