WAshing my engine, do i need to cover anything
in the morning im gonna wash my engine
and degrease it and **** power wash at the car wash ..
and should i cover anyhting
or whatch not to get to much water somewhere
i just wanna clean the engine up make it look better and run maybe better cleaner..
i dont wanna **** anything up ?

Cover the distributer .,otherwise you will have to take the cap off and dry it out . I did look to see if you had a DOHC or a SOHC engine . If you have a DOHC ,you will have to remove the plug wires and blow out the spark plug holes with compressed air after you are done

SOHC...Plug Wires...
I have washed mine Twice and have had troubles with water getting into the plug holes on the engine.. So I have had to take each wire out afterwords and blow it out... Even tried to keep the water away the 2nd time but it still happened..
I got the '94 DX SOHC...
