That's the Pakfeifer body kit. It is an Austrian company. Here's a link to their page:

Woah, ok, I seriously do not know much about body kits.. all I know is that I have a '93 protege, so which under the 323 would I need to buy? And also, which 323 do I need to look under?

Look under 323BG , but that's not the kit you were talking about. I was half asleep when I replied to you post so don't mind me.
The kit on that pic is the Combat kit that we've been waiting for to come to the US for more than a year now. Here's a website with a little more info on it:

something seems kinda fishy about that guys sounddomain page. he posted a pic of the pakfeifer kit'd pro, w/ some sort of foreign license plate, yet he lives in ohio? 
plus with all that money he supposedly spent on his 2 cars, why doesn't he have a digital camera to show more pics of the new color and rims? i think it's time to pull out the BS flag once again. that guy is like the guy a few weeks ago who claimed he swapped the honda accord motor into this pro.
plus he claims the kit is from erubuni!
