First of all, what does improbe mean?

The stock AFM is quite a restriction. It has a small square opening. The RX7 unit has a larger, more rectangular opening. The main advantage with the RX7 one, is less of an intake restriction. Other people have only made gains above 6000RPM, but I made some gains throughout the entire rev range. It's best when tuned on a dyno. Here's my before and after dyno of the RX7 AFM.

you'll want to use the 86-88 AFM off a rx7
