Hey guys, can't find anywhere that says how to remove the mouldings that run on either side of the car along the roof. I need to get them off and be able to replace them. thanks for the help!!

please help guys, I'm really concerned that I'll just screw it up if i do it without the advice of somebody who's removed that piece before
