PS fluid

does anyone know how to DRAIN power steering fluid?? i dont just want to top it off, i want to put fresh fluid in the system, but the manual doesnt say anything about draining ps fluid

i've come across the idea of using the trigger piece out of a spray bottle to empty the old fluid, fill it with new, drive the car some; and then repeat the process a few times so as to get most of the old stuff out of the system.....
