Possible value?
I have a 93 DX (Auto)... 85k miles. Completely stock; paint on the roof is getting old. A lot of the little plastic pieces are broken (window crank... grrrrr) but could be replaced or repaired for cheap. Right now my goal is a 2nd-gen RX-7 and I'm trying to figure out how practical that is.
My question is this: how much do u guys think I could get for this thing? I'd hate to part with her but I've got my eyes on the prize.

Yea the interior looks great (except the broken window crank... super glue?) and all the upholstery is in good shape. As far as all the broken plastic, you could prolly fix it for 20 bucks.
This might not be the right board for this sorta post but I wasn't sure, figured this was the "safe" one.

Maintenence has been mostly regular... changed oil every 3000 miles, tune-ups etc. but like I said it needs paint. For a few years the car wasn't driven too often, and that's why the miles are so low now.

i'd say 1000 through like 18 or 1900 maybe you could always put it on the protege's for sale part of this site and see what you get i'd put a price that your thinking of and just put obo after it and see what happens

what the?
I'm so sure....I asked a similar question about my extremely limited edition(only 500), Canada only GT with 95K(155K km), and I was getting people saying, "$2000" and crap like that, and telling me about how they can get an LX for around that price...
bollocks! I think maybe I need to take some really good pics and post them. Not too mention that I have the time slips to prove it's in the top of our class(Gen1 DOHCs). (16.3@84)
oh well, I think I'm just gonna keep it, and be the first person in history to fully restore a Protege to concours condition

$1000-1500???
I don't know about everywhere else, but around here (in Spokane Washington) a decent protege sells for alot more than $1500. I bought my 93 DX manual SOHC for $3200 with 96000 miles. I could probably get it all back if i sold it too. I guess there's a good market for cheap cars around here!! The only cars you can get here for $1000-1500 are POS rusted out 1972 backyard decor cars ... I guess the Spokane car market is a bit different from the average!
