ok, but will the mx-3 struts handle a lowered car like getting the zx2's struts or tokicos?

from what i understand from Vaughn, there is a difference, but we don't know if the 2 are still interchangeable. The bolt-up-to locations may match, but the parts are slightly different.

no.

if you get tokicos for the MX3, then they will be even that much stiffer than the same tokicos for the Pro. (not by much though) For the money the ZX2 struts can't be beat.

i have come to the conclusion that the eibach springs are a bit too soft for autox. great on the street, but i'm looking into the H&Rs. I also have the ZX2 struts.

Wink

well you could try sprint springs... about 6-8 months ago i changed out my stocks for a 2" drop with the sprints and they handle great and there are some times when i work that car hard but that's rare lately, until i get new tires anyway ... i've also heard great things about intrax being stiff but i don't actually know, a friend of mine had a 97 corolla and had intrax and he would corner like a biznitch and there was very body roll

I have the Tokico Blues on my 94 DX and they are the same part number as the MX3 Tokico Blues. No Difference. I also happen to have the MX3 H&R Springs and recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their Pro's springs. This combination makes for a nice firm ride and excellent control.
