not COMPLETELY sure, but i know jcw's home office is in illinois (btw, the black gsx on the cover of their sport compact car catalog belongs to a friend of mine in springfield, hes on the other board.. ), which would mean that their pipes are crush-bent, NOT mandrel, unless theyre shipped to them from another state b4 shipped out to customers...

guys guys guys, come on now, no need to spend buxx on that kinda ****.

if your that serious about it, go to a local muffler/exhaust shop and have the guy bend you the pipe. i hear 2.5 inch is the best size for a 1.6SOHC B6 motor, but seeing that you guys probably got the 1.8DOHC BP, i would say go for 3 inch tubing. it cant cost u more than 5-10buxx. all u need is one bend and mandrel bent is not necessary at all. believe me you wont notice any difference over mandrel to crush bent

peace

You might not but my dyno will...

3in is way to big for a motor this small 2.5 would be better... And crush bending it would drop the inner diamater on the turn and disrupt the flow.
