Lookin for performance headers for my 91 DX auto 1.8 pro any suggestions.

sure any exhaust/header shop will have them....but they'll have to make em first. Nothing but custom for the SOHC's as of yet.

Will there be a performance increase even if the pipes aren't the exact same length (for equal pressure) ?
