just trying to help out

if you guys need any stock parts for your lx or dx pro's let me know theres a great junk yard up here that is really cheap ! I just got my vaf meter for 35 $ and they have 4 pro's with good interior and one doesn't even have any front end damage. We could work out shipping and everything else if you want me to get you something

Do you have the corner lights?
Is your steering wheel in good shape?

I could use a right rear suspension. Something in mine is bent, but I have no idea what, so I figured I'd replace the whole thing, but usually if they're in a junkyard, they got hit in that corner (Mine would have been had I not bought it back from the insurance company).

So, where is this junkyard?

Actually, what I need is the piece that all arms attach to. I'm guessing that's what is bent, because when I replaced the right rear brakes, the caliper didn't rotate freely.

So something is bent (of course, that's obvious from looking at all the extra negative camber--OK, only about a degree or so, but compared to the other side, or the fronts before camber plates, and it was alot).

Beats me. It probably should be off an LX. If the brake didn't drag slightly, I'd probably just live with it (extra camber good). Probably not worth it. Sort of like rebuilding my engine.

Hey Disciple...

Do you remember if the car had the DRIVERs SIDE MIRROR ?? My mirror is broken.. but I guess the juk yard wouldn't sell ONLY the mirror but the whole thing.... that's ok with me...

If they have one would you check the price for me ?? I would really appreciate....

Let me know how that goes...

Thanks !!

ok I went to the junk yard today and this is what I found out

1. what kind of a steering wheel did you want ? with or without cruise control on it ?

2. The driver side front mirror they want 35 $ bucks for

3. I could'nt find a pro that wasn't sitting in the mud so no rear trailing arm

4. there are no rx-7's that have been in a major car accident in which a fire didn't persue afterwards = no rx-7 vaf's

5. All of the head light I had seen were mega f'd up

in other words today was a total loss, minus the fact that I got a torque wrench for 20 buch at pep-boys
