jumpy speedo

i just had my new used trans put into my car with a new axle and shift fork to the tune of 680 bucks...

but now when i drive along between 10-40 mph just at a crusing speed, not accelerating, my speedo will kinda just hop a little bit around the speed its at. so i brought it back to them and told them, and they lubed up my cable and everything, but it still does it

does anybody know the cause??

thanks
Colin
