i think my car is a death trap now

here's the deal: for about 2 months, whenever i accelerate hard in first or second, my front right side of the car feels like its riding on tiny ripples in the road. Then after driving it around for about 20 min. it fades away - even faster when its warm out. I know its the drive axle but i haven't been able to get the cash to get it fixed.
Now last week i was racing someone and toward the end of the strip you sorta bear left, and I took it going at about 65 - 70 mph and it made me sorta fish-tail but I gained control after that.
Now I've got a new problem...whenever I turn the steering wheel left while i'm accelerating, I get these popping noises in my steering column and it gets a little tricky to control the wheel.
My question is: is it the suspension thats screwed up? or did I push the damaged axle to its limit? I don't wanna drive this thing around if it's gonna put me in the hospital. I don't have medical insurance.

it might be your cv joint going out its not that hard to fix just get it checked out and if it is that go get the half shaft for that side and change it or hopefully you can get some cash to get it fixed. i know how low cash flow is sorry guy
