ow much boost ?

i'm in the planning stages of project protege as i like to call it this is what i'm thinking i have a 94 pro

bpt - gtx front clip from ebay
greddy boost controller
hks super sequential blow off valve
msd ignition + coil
autometer air fuel ratio gauge
autometer boost gauge
a pillar gauge mounts
act street clutch
brembo cross drilled front rotors
b&m short shifter

how much boost is safe to run with the gtx motor daily and how much boost can the stock intercooler safely handle

this is something i plan to have done within a year or two i will keep you updated.
any comments, questions, suggestions are welcome.

I recommend reading the book "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell...

stock exhaust youll run 8psi daily, i went to 3" and i run 11-12 psi naturally depending on temerature. the vj20 turbo overspools at anything over 15psi.
