few ?s for you guys

i am thinking about gettin a 1st gen protege and was just curious about a few things. 1st off how easy or hard is it to swap from SOHC to DOCH, is it just a matter of bolting on the new head? 2nd ive heard theres only headers for the DOCH motor, will they fit with the new head on? 3rd will the dx tranny and axles (5 speed) hold up with a few mods (DOHC head, intake, exhaust, and lightweight pullys, are probibily all im gonna do now) and some sticky tires and 4th i wanna use the 5 spoke rims off a 2nd gen probe gt will they fit?

Swap the whole engine, not the head.
While you're at it swap to the dohc tranny. Its stronger, has better gear ratios.
I'm pretty damn sure that the second gen probe GT rims are 5 bolt so you tell me if they will work with a 4 bolt car.
