i rolling into the gas station today to fill up my pro, and as i was about to get pumping a guy came up to me and asked what all had done to the protege, then he said he was following me one day on an open road and said that i was steadly pulling away from him, i asked him what he drove and he said a 93 civic, i kinda chuckled and told him i was completly stock cept for my muffler and my lack of resonator lol

i loved that look of "damm i wish i bought a different car"

and the best part was when he said he was giving it all he had to catch me

that made my day!

lol, ive had the same experience. Brand new civic ex was next to me at a stop light. He didnt rev or anything, so i took off normal, shifted at 5 grand, took of easy...he was like 2 car lengths behind. We got to the next stop light, looked at me and told me he was goin all out. I just shook my head lol

 

Yes that is great but to convert a nonbeliver that will keep you going for weeks....story time A friend of mine bought a civic a pretty nice one and he was allway making fun of the pro. So one day he thought he would be a bad *** and try to race me well he went allout I went little over half and got him buy just a fender well he wasn't to happy so when I saw him a week later he had intake and fart pipe and wanted to go again well this time i had to end it once and for all so I went ***** to the wall all out and got him buy 2 1/2 cars.He almost **** himself. well not to long after that the civic was gone and this strange looking car was parked in front of his house a 93 lx a ******* pro and not just a pro but the same damn one i have.He said that he didn't want anything different so he would know it would run great.I **** with him all the time over that one.
