did i get jippd?

i have a 93 323 and just bought this 92 pro lx off ebay for $100, well someone just sent me the carfax report and it says that the pro hit a ditch and flipped over in 95 and was in an accident in 96. it also has a salvage title and 190k miles but since the accident 100k miles has been put on. i was just buying this to swap the front end over to my 323 but the more i thought about it if the interior and exterior are as good as the photos i am just going to keep the pro lx and swap in a bpt. do you think i got ripped and that the car is messed up cos of the accidents or did a good job? sorry about all the ?s but everyone around here is all about hondas and dont know sh*t about mazdas so...thanx in advance...

No, I think you got a pretty good deal on it. IMO if youre really gonna keep and invest money on your 323, you should just make the pro LX the car parts. Get the engine, turbo it,and all the power goodies. It would be really cool to have a 323 with everything power. Good Luck!

i would really rather keep the pro lx and just sell the 323 beings the lx is 4 door and more room....having a hatch kinda puts a hold on stuff sometimes.....but thank you for responding to me...just wasnt sure if i should be worried abhout the frame being messed up or something...

if the car has a salvage title, it means that it was wrecked at one point in time and has been fixed since, leaving it completely safe and driveable for you. sounds like you got one helluva good deal. i also would swap all the parts to the 323, but thats just my $0.02.

im planning on selling the 323 if the pro is good enough body wise and interior wise to keep, plus insurance in va is ridiculously high even for just liability so for 2 cars insurance will be a bit much, plus i already have 2 buyers for 323 if i decide to sell....the main reason why id keep the pro lx is cos of 4doors and more room and may be having a kid so makes it easier to get in and out....plus i found a place called www.alljapaneseengines.com that has the bpt, uncut wires and ecu for $900, anyone done business with them? thanx again for responding, you have been a lot of help and am really excited about fixing either car and kicking some local honda azz, especially my big talk bros intergra....
