Talking Canadian issue steering wheel?

I was perusing Gro Harlems page when I discovered that my steering wheel is different than the other 1st gens there. They all have the icky 323 wheel. Is this a canadian thing?

The us wheel is so awful. I went to a used cars piece shop last week. I were looking for a wheel to replace mine, cuzz the top is all burn out. But the guy only had us ones.
