my suspension its starting to get noise, so i figured its time to get some Ground Control coil overs and some ZX2 struts and some new bushings i guess. If you guys could tell me where i can get these parts for a decent price that would make me happy. (can you provide links) Oh yeah whats the link to the ZX2 stuts on that ford site, its so hard to find things on that site. Would i need the thrust bearings as well?

ZX2 Struts
Yes you need the thrust bearings.
You can get the ground control coilovers here or from corksport
As for the bushings Im not sure as to which ones you want.

Right now i have drop zone coil overs and my shocks are gone and i need to get some new ones. I was wondering if i was to get those zx2 struts, would i be able to have my car low like it is now? Or are they shocks that need to be at normal ride height? Does anybody know of any good priced shocks that will allow me to my car slammed to the ground and not ruin the shock...

Any spring that is stiffer than what the strut was designed to dampen, will eventually cause early demise of the strut, no matter how you slice it.

Now, when you slam the car with coilovers, the suspension travel (or strut travel) is drastically reduced, if not damn near non existant in major cases. So the strut does not get to run it's full range and stays near the bottom of it's travel 50% of the time. It needs excercise to perforrm at any length of time.

Soooo, my point is, no matter what strut you choose, slamming the car will end it's life prematurely. Of course the better the strut, the longer it's "early dimise" will occur, but they all can't work at their full potential when slammed. A custom shorter strut must be used.

The ZX2 Tokico struts are your best bet IMO, as they are much better than stock, equal to, if not btter than, the more expensive Tokico Blues and can handle 500# springs on a road racer! You can buy 2 sets of the ZX2's for nearly the price of one set of Blues.
