early one morn around 6 it was like -10c outside all night and when i started the car and cleaned it up and moved it, it sounded like the tires were frozen to the ground but that sound only came after moving like 2 feet, any ideas what it could be? lately it has stopped but dont know what it was or is thanks, it was in the front tires, oh and 5spd sohc 1.8 290 000kms thanks
