Energy Suspension Bushings......Review

OK, well, either way, that's the bushing I have to change... What's it called? I need to know which bushing from the kit to use.... I hope it's in the kit or this is going to be damn expensive.
And I got the back bumper a little over a month ago and yes, it's a custom Black Widow with one exhaust hole shaved.
