ok i have no e brake at all, and i call the dealership to find a price and he asks which one, i have no clue but he says the the front cable is the 1 that usally lets go, so my questions is i know there i three cables but where do they go, 1 to the left rear and 1 to the right rear but where does this front cable go? does it lock up the front wheels?!

 

there is 3 cables.one goes from e brake handle and exits a car above exhaust and then it conect to 2 cables.thay go to each rear wheel.
