my friend has R1 coilovers on his crx,, the ride is good though ,, better than my car with the weapon R's

the ride with the GC's are supposed to be decent

I'm running 250lb front and 200 lb rear springs. The ride is pretty good. I'm also pretty high, compared to many...only about 1" lower than stock. Unfortunately, all the pictures of my car online are of it cornering hard, so you can't see wher it sits.

The Weapon-Rs are known to have insanely high spring rates (when used on strut-equipped cars), since most of their spring rates are chosen for Hondas (with control arms that don't see the same wheel rates).

i have GC coilovers, and the ride is good. make sure you upgrade your struts though.
